Destination Life & Home is an independent small business created by Christie Wade. As a graphic designer and artist, Christie had dreamed about creating surface patterns for home and living items using her own original designs and artwork. Combining that dream with her love of tropical plants and travel, Destination Life & Home was born.
After growing up in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Southwest Virginia, and spending around ten years in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area, Christie now resides in peaceful and sunny Evergreen, Alabama. She lives with her husband, Jacob, infant son, Jack, and two spunky dogs Nelson and Sammy.
She enjoys going to the white sand beaches of the Florida Panhandle as often as possible, nature photography, creative projects, yoga and Pilates, playing music, going to concerts, and spending time outdoors and at home with family.
